Once you’ve reviewed the package offerings and know which one of the packages you’d like to move forward with; you can submit your interest and contact details via the ‘Submit Inquiry’ button which can be found on each package detail page.

Within the inquiry form that you’ll submit, you can select a preferred session date, which you’d like to reserve.

We will confirm the dates availability within 48 hours.

Assuming the date stated in the inquiry form has availability, the client will receive a follow-up email consisting of a photo session service agreement; and request for a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the selected date and package.

Once a client has successfully signed off on our service agreement and paid the 50% deposit; the client will receive a Client Guide which provide some great information that can help clients feel confident and prepared for their photo session.

Clients will receive reminder emails and a text, the week of their wedding; and any outstanding balances remaining will be processed for payment automatically on the date of service.

Clients will be able to view their photos through an online digital gallery through the service provide, Pic-Time.

Clients can download their photos; or choose from a range of other printing services that Pic-Time provides:

• Floating frames

• Individual prints

• Calendars

• Metal prints

• And much more
